GooDa 5 axis CNC Machining Center - Mill Turn CNC Machine equipped with a fully digital numerical control device, integrates artificial intelligence technology with CNC machine tools.
It includes features such as statistics of screw load in full-lifecycle, intelligent management of tool service life, machine protection functions, QR codes, and self-adjustment of servo parameter, to enhance processing quality, optimize process parameters, and ensure equipment lifespan.
It is suitable for fields such as aerospace, automotive, energy, shipbuilding, machine tools, molds, and 3C industries.
The flat design is easy to install or add automated parts.
The spacious processing area and expanded X-axis stroke broaden the range of applicable workpieces.
Various specifications of mill-turn spindles are available.
Compact spindle with 12000 rpm/min improves spindle power and torque for high-speed machining.
The high-speed, high-torque direct-drive rotary table offers high positioning and repeat positioning accuracy to ensure the precision of the workpiece being machined.
Optional automated accessories such as robotic arms can be added.
The integrated turning and milling spindle can support matching ATC motors. Its compact design reduces interference between the spindle and workpiece, expands the processing range, and is suitable for processing materials such as cast iron, 45#, aluminum, and titanium.
