GooDa Gantry Machining Center LM-1690Z is designed for performance enhancement for general-purpose large vertical machining centers (such as LJ-1270/1370/1580), to solve the problem of errors caused by the traditional cross slide vertical machining center due to its low load-bearing capacity and off-center loading during the machining process.
The X and Y axes use heavy-duty roller linear guides, while the Z axis uses hard guides. It comes with a standard Taiwan brand BT50-6000rpm spindle for both roughing and finishing operations. Alternatively, a gearbox driven spindle is available for high-power cutting requirements.
The machine is suitable for processing large molds, box-type, plates, and mold frame parts.

The high-rigidity beam and column integrated structure ensure the stability of the machine tool during heavy cutting.

The gantry frame and base are structurally robust, with excellent anti-torsion and anti-bending deformation, suitable for high-speed machining.

The X and Y axes use heavy-duty roller linear guides, and the travel of the worktable does not exceed the force range of the base, avoiding off-center deformation commonly seen in general vertical machining centers.

The linear guides and ball screws use brands from Germany or China Taiwan; the bearings use Japan NSK/P4; the standard spindle is the China Taiwan BT50.

The spindle center is close to the guideway mounting surface, which maximally eliminates the off-center load torque and reduces the vibration caused by cutting forces.
