Key Features


GooDa gantry milling machine VM-2340NCRG adopts a gantry structure to ensure overall rigidity. It is equipped with a belt-driven spindle and a gear-driven spindle with two cutters: the small cutter on the gear-driven spindle is used for high-speed roughing for high efficiency, the large cutter on the belt-driven spindle is for surface finishing.

This configuration offers high accuracy, excellent surface finish, and reduced tool wear while also largely enhances production efficiency!

  1. In addition to the required floor space for the machine, an additional minimum of 600mm space should be provided for maintenance.

  2. Once the length and width lines of the machine are drawn, proceed to drill holes with a diameter of 180mm and a depth of 500mm as indicated in the diagram.

  3. When the machine is in place, place the shim plate in the machine foundation hole, insert the foundation bolt, and then proceed with leveling. Tighten the nuts to secure the horizontal position and then proceed with grouting.

  4. Wait 6-7 days to re-level the machine.
