GooDa gantry milling machine VM-1320NCG is a medium-sized CNC machine tool integrated with both finishing and roughing functions: it is equipped with double belt-driven spindles with two cutters: the small cutter is used for high-speed roughing for high efficiency, the large cutter is for surface finishing.
It adopts a gantry structure to ensure overall rigidity. This configuration offers high accuracy, excellent surface finish, and reduced tool wear, while also being suitable for both heavy-duty and light cutting operations, largely enhancing production efficiency!

Magnetic Chuck:
In addition to the required floor space for the machine, an additional minimum of 600mm space should be provided for maintenance.
Once the length and width lines of the machine are drawn, proceed to drill holes with a diameter of 180mm and a depth of 500mm as indicated in the diagram.
When the machine is in place, place the shim plate in the machine foundation hole, insert the foundation bolt, and then proceed with leveling. Tighten the nuts to secure the horizontal position and then proceed with grouting.
Wait 6-7 days to re-level the machine.
